OK, what am I missing? the *indoor* pool was closed due to thunder and lightning? I've never heard of that (but I lead a very sheltered life).

Good for you doing something anyway even if wasn't what you wanted to do!

I have been struggling with the 30 minutes of rain and then an hour of clear sky and then 30 more minutes of torrential rain. So the weather has been killing my walking and my mood as well. Motivation has crawled under the carpet to rot away.

I had to break out the stability ball and foam roller the other day and do some videos. I am trying to learn some cardio videos before my parents come home in 2 weeks. I always sound like an elephant stomping around... just less graceful, I assure you!

I should just go walk Wal-Mart one day this week since we will have rain every day. It freaks security out when you tell them you are exercising in their store. heehee
