It's July 1st - and it's time to set some monthly goals.
Here are mine....
* Lose 3 pounds by July 31st
* Do 15 minutes of yoga 3 times a week
* Continue my walking and add at least 30 minutes hitting the streets on my bike twice a week
* Eat focused and sensible 5 days a week. Allow a little wiggle room (a little) no more than twice a week.
I've been more or less maintaining for a while. Going up and down 1-2 pounds but it's time to start pushing back towards my ultimate weight goal. So the 1st of any month is a nice, neat time to start the process seriously again. Away I go....and I wish everyone a successfull July!
