There are so many helpful things here on the Sparkpeople website... perhaps you are like me, and you enjoy finding something new. Today was the first day that I looked at the Spark Summary report which is found under "reports" under "My Trackers". You can pull up one month at a time and see at a glance how many calories you ate each day, how many fitness minutes you accrued each day and how many Spark Points you earned each day. I love this! When I want to know why a month was successful (or not) I will be able to tell at a glance what I was doing well or not so well that month. Maybe I am the last person to find this little gem!
