As we enter Week 3 of the summer challenge, I decided to share an update on my current progress:
I am maintaining my weight & even shed 2 of the 2.5 lbs I gained on Week 1.
Very proud to announce that I am running again: running at least 4 miles twice a week.
haven't gotten back to spinning yet. I am now able to run for 1 mile before having to walk.
I have been doing monthly challenges for my ST: June was an Ab Challenge and it was difficult. July will be a progression in squats/abs/plank
