Back after a long quiet. Down 10 pounds since April. Partly due to 12 weeks with no alcohol in our house (and not drinking) and one full week into a very strict low carb program. Watched Dr. Attia on Ted Med Talks (What if we are wrong about Obesity?) and last week Dr. Noakes on Carb Sensitivity. Ordered 'The Art and Science of Low Carb Living' and 'The Art and Science of Low Carb Endurance'. Planning to train toward an Iron Man Tri before my 50th birthday in 2017. Feel great and optimistic. Some major pieces of my puzzle have clicked into place.
