So today marks the start of week 2!
Not only have I already lost 3 lbs (which I am very excited about!), but I can also feel my appetite decreasing to a much healthier level. The turkey sandwich that left me starving last monday, has not only curbed my appetite but made me feel a very comfortable full. I am energized and feeling so happy to be starting my second week of healthy eating and exercising!
Hoping this will last through this week and continue as I progress! :)
