Ok, I was brave and added Sunday's food in. My oh my I did go over. It's ok though- I'm looking at the victories.
1) My friend told me that when she doesn't feel like working out, she stands. I've started doing this too. Standing is better than sitting. Yesterday morning I was really active- even if it was "just standing"- I got a corner super clean in my house and my coat closet organized- plus a trunk load for charity. I'm calling it good. It wasn't walking, or aerobics, but it wasn't laying in bed either.
2) I did really well Saturday, given the storm I was up against. I did not eat too much bad food, some, but I kept it in check. Not a bottle of wine, half a glass of wine. Not a massive dessert, but a serving.
Today my pants and bra are tight. I feel like a stuffed sausage. This is a reminder- don't eat what I ate yesterday. Tonight's dinner is lean hamburger patties and oven fries. I need a cheeseburger something fierce, I'm making these though.
