So I started the spark solution 1 week ago but I have been cheating on my diet so I think I am going to start over. I did lose a pound even with the cheating but I think I can do better. I cook most of my meals at home but I have to be able to take them to work also, so I need foods I can warm in the microwave or eat raw. So I may need to substitute some things but will try to substitute more raw vegetables. Here's to continued efforts.
