Day 15 of the 30 Day at home crossfit challenge

Run 1/2 mile
OMG this was a tough workout b/c of the runs but I LOVED it!! It took me a total of 48 minutes...which I estimated an hour. I feel totally great now that I've completed it. I think in the future I will do some short .25mile runs at the start of each set to get more cardio in, depending on the day that is.
I do have to switch a few days up b/c we have some events coming up that doesn't allow me to get in a longer workout.

I will add cardio tomorrow also, especially since I have to be in a swimsuit on saturday in public!!
