Day 15 of the 30 Day at home crossfit challenge

Day 15:

Run 1/2 mile
10 pushups
20 squats
30 situps

6 rounds!!

OMG this was a tough workout b/c of the runs but I LOVED it!! It took me a total of 48 minutes...which I estimated an hour. I feel totally great now that I've completed it. I think in the future I will do some short .25mile runs at the start of each set to get more cardio in, depending on the day that is.

I do have to switch a few days up b/c we have some events coming up that doesn't allow me to get in a longer workout.

Day 16

Invisible Fran (for time)


air squats

(I think this means you time yourself and do 21 squats and pushups then 15 of each then 9)

I will add cardio tomorrow also, especially since I have to be in a swimsuit on saturday in public!!

    You are doing great and the more I read the more I think I want to attempt the challenge.
