Happy Canada Day!
Went for a run this morning. I'm still struggling to breathe, but I'm not giving up. I will re-do today's run though. By the end of the week, I have a 60min run. That scares me, but I'm going to do my best to do it.
Hubby wants to go for a bike ride again this afternoon. I like that. We went yesterday - about 4 miles. No muscle pain today.
Not much else to say today. It seems I've finally got it right. I am doing what needs to be done. Now to see if the scale reflects my hard work. Mind you, I need to measure my success more by miles run for the next while.
