I am great at coming up with a plan and new goals, but not so great at actually meeting them. So here is to a new month, lets see what happens.....
Eat healthier-i know this would work better if i prepare my lunches for work the night before instead of in the morning when i'm half awake. I really need to make myself a menu....
Exercise-NO EXCUSES! I just need to get my ass off the couch and do it
Smoking-not too bad, I'm am now down to "i only smoke when i drink" (or really stressed)
Drinking-if i stop drinking, i bet i can quit smoking completely. Just need to make a list of things to do instead. Maybe i will come up with some projects to keep my hands busy.
