Meatless Motivated Movement Monday

I'm making today a day of self-motivation. Based on my high cholesterol level (HDL), I am making every Monday meatless. I am committed to exercise at least 30 minutes on Mondays and drink the necessary amount of water or above.
2. Exercise at least 30 minutes.
3. Drink the water cocktail. (Making it sound more delicious.)
