Breakfast: This was a banana with peanut butter in a coconut wrap with mango green tea
Lunch: Tuna salad with wasa crackers and blackberries
After workout snack: Kiwi and salsa spiced nuts
Dinner: Hummus and veggie wrap with reduced fat kettle chips and cherries. I love me some cherries!
Workout: 33 minutes on the cross ramp (AKA: Benecio). I was watching soccer while I worked out and boy was my heart rate up. And ladies if you don't follow soccer and you're not following the Fifa world cup then you are missing out. These are some of the sexiest men in the world!

Breakfast: Grabbed a banana on my way to river walking
Snack: Needed caffeine to brave the $1 flip flop sale at Old Navy. It was crazy pants! We waited outside for about 20 minutes before we were able to get in. They were at max capacity and we got there about 15 minutes after they opened. Then we were in line to pay for 45 minutes. The line wrapped all the way around the store…twice! Soooo not worth it even though I got 5 pairs of $1 flip flops. Starbucks Grande skinny cinnamon dolce latte.
Lunch: Eggs with salsa, turkey sausage with ketchup, cherry tomatoes, 2 corn tortillas, blueberries and honest tea.
Snack: Peach and string cheese
Dinner: Aloo gobi (cauliflower & potato dish) with sautéed peppers and two corn tortillas. Whenever I go out to get Indian food I always order aloo gobi so I decided to see if I could make it at home and it turned out awesome!
Look at my super festive plates! Everytime I use these Rich says he's expecting a mariachi band to show up and start serenading us, lol.
Snack: Cherries and string cheese
Exercise: An hour of river walking class.

Breakfast: I woke up to Rich making breakfast for us. I love him! Cheese omelet with chicken sausage, one slice of toast with light butter, a cutie and honest tea
Snack: Had to go out and hit Starbucks for some delicious coffee to help us wake up. Grande iced skinny vanilla latte
Lunch: I made a chicken and cheese quesadilla with spicy mustard, a pickle and blueberries
Dinner: I made lasagna and breaded parmesan eggplant. I would like to eat eggplant like this every time. I was surprised how delicious it was.
Snack: A cup of pistachio gelato. Omg, this gave my mouth a foodgasm! Best ice cream EVER! Although I should have looked at the calories first because a cup of it was over 400 calories!!!! Gah!
Exercise: Rich, Becca and I went for a 45 minute walk
We saw this cutie on our walk. It’s a little bunny. Well not so little it was about the size of Becca. It let us get really close until Rich tried to pet it and it ran away. He’s such a weirdo.
Total Calories: 2,386 (Not good. Sunday is my high calorie day put I try to stay around 2,100. The pistachio ice cream really put me over. It was an impulse buy at the health food store I go to. D’Oh! Next time no impulse buys or I need to change things up to fit the calories in).
