Today's eating plan...

Good morning all...

Heading to the amusement park in an hour. Had a breakfast of special K cereal with fat free milk (Yes, Mary I marked it off on healthy guidelines) and a single apple.

Needing to know how to handle lunch at the park...I have 150 dollars total in the bank and in cash combined to hold me until Wednesday when I get my social security payment.

I also have twenty one points plus left for the day and remember I am going on a picnic tonight and will be eating a submarine sandwich.

Also I gained 1.8 pounds over the weekend...darn, barbecue beef. Had that for dinner with my girlfriend last night.

    Glad your Mom is better! Hope she will continue to eat. Some ideas for economizing...
Give up the diet soda and drink tap water, it's free. You can use rags instead of towels. If you have old clothes to toss tear them into usable rags in place of towels. Try the dollar tree for all the items on your list or Big Lots has great deals.

    that was probably just the sodium in the BBQ sauce .... you will be fine .... you have to eat to keep your muscles strong ....
