I Dropped Off ....

Well, the past two weeks have been extremely stressful for me. Work has been out of control and I have been unable to log into Spark in the mornings and throughout the day. This completely threw off my motivation. It didn't help that nature decided to take it's course this past week either.

Despite my monthly visitor, my husband and I took the kayaks out on Saturday and kayaked for about four hours. We had a blast and had a good, fun workout.

So today I'm back and I'm determined to log all of my food and workouts.
Back to basics.
No excuses.
Find time for Spark and my health.

    I love to canoe but have never kayaked. What a great way to get in exercise!

    I'm glad you had fun kayaking. I'm sorry that work has been stressful for you. You have a great attitude about jumping back into your program. Let me know if you need anything.

    Kayaking is a blast! Glad you had fun and found your motivation again. It's one of those things that can be elusive to find when we lose sight of it! (Takes me what seems like forever to find it when I lose it!) emoticon
