Today is our regular day off from work. Yesterday I told my husband we will be walking when the sun goes down. He said we can get up at 6 am and walk. It is now 8:30 am and he is still asleep. It's okay though. I have my Wii games and exercise videos to get my exercise in. Yesterday, while my husband took a nap, I did the Wii Tennis and Sword Play. It was a good work out. Today I'm going to try the Gold's Gym Dance Workout. My plan is to still get out there and walk when it cools off.
Down 2.5 pounds this week!
