i wanted to switch up my training this month as I prepare for my emoticonand emoticon it is a mix of Hal Higdon and Joe English! I really wanted to incorporate walking and increase strength training days!

I hope to take the kids to a matinee to see Despicable Me 2 then go see Kevin Hart's movie ALONE!!!!
