Good morning. I feel renewed. June was not a good month for me "sparkwise". Feel a little bloated but woke up determined to buckle down and recommit myself to my goals. I knew this process would be filled with ups and downs- quitting is not an option.

How are you? What are your goals for the month, sparkfriends? I am focusing on 1 week at a time and 250 minutes of exercise.

    I'm with you - July is my "new" start. June was a not great month for me, too, and I need to take back my life. I will eat better and drink more water and exercise more consistently and see the scale move downward. WE CAN DO THIS TOGETHER!!!!

    I like going a week at a time. I kind of do it day by day myself. 5 feggies, 8 glasses of water and 7000 steps. Today:: 8 PM, I did it!

    your goal sounds good. My goal for July is to get to the 170's

    Even maintenance is filled with ups and downs, Patti. In the past week I've been at my goal, .6 pound above and .4 pound below my goal weight.

    I joined a maintainers' challenge (now through August) to see how close I can stay to my goal weight. (it will always vary some.) That involves still tracking food and exercise -- even when on vacation.

    May we both have good success in July!
