Good morning. I feel renewed. June was not a good month for me "sparkwise". Feel a little bloated but woke up determined to buckle down and recommit myself to my goals. I knew this process would be filled with ups and downs- quitting is not an option.
How are you? What are your goals for the month, sparkfriends? I am focusing on 1 week at a time and 250 minutes of exercise.
