My first week went pretty well. I learned quite a bit about myself and my habits. I tried a aqua aerobic class that I never would have tried before. I lost 3 pounds this week. I feel great and I can't wait to see what week 2 has for me. I am hoping the weather holds out until later this evening. I am trying my first aqua Zumba class at the pool. I never took Zumba on land but it should be fun. I am going to enroll in some classes offered by my local community this fall. The brochure should be coming out soon and I am going to try classes I never have done before. I seem to have a new out look on life.
