Day 47, 48, and 49

Days 47, 48, and 49 saw 10 minutes of exercise each day.

I have to admit I am really losing my motivation to keep going. I'm not seeing any positive changes in my body since I started regularly exercising 8 weeks ago. My clothes fit the same and the scale hasn't budged.

I'm feeling very disappointed and frustrated and I'm really wanting to quit. I just need something to go right...some small victory to show me it's not a waste of time.

    Look at it as the fact that you've exercise 49 days straight!!!! That's awesome! It takes some time for the results to show but you really are doing better for yourself by exercising some every day.
    Are you fitting any strength-training in there?
    I'm doing all cardio right now and my scale is stuck, too. I need to mix it up with some kind of strength training so I'm starting back this week to get 2 days of work with my resistance bands or dumbbells for at least 10 minutes each.
    I need to kick it up a notch myself.
