Days 47, 48, and 49 saw 10 minutes of exercise each day.
I have to admit I am really losing my motivation to keep going. I'm not seeing any positive changes in my body since I started regularly exercising 8 weeks ago. My clothes fit the same and the scale hasn't budged.
I'm feeling very disappointed and frustrated and I'm really wanting to quit. I just need something to go right...some small victory to show me it's not a waste of time.
