I made my own healthy lifestyle tracker last month, but I think I did it for about a week and then fell off. One major problem was I was relying on naps to get my sleep total and so sometimes I didn't do it first thing in the morning. So no more of that. Tracking covers morning to morning, a roughly 24 hour span. I can earn up to 5 points a day in 5 areas: Nutrition, Fitness, Stress, Home, and Finances.
I'm thinking about going back to school in the fall. I'm going to have to think some more about this. The situation I ran into in 2009 was that I wasn't able to give it my all, which is hard for a smarty pants like me. But I was working 30 hours a week back then. But I have one more kid now.
In terms of how I'm doing, I feel like I'm doing pretty well. I didn't wind up making the big weight loss push I had envisioned two months ago, and the things I learned about hunger hormones caused me to revise that goal anyway. My weight has been fairly stable and trending down. I had three courses of antibiotics for various things and was on ibuprofen which then means I needed to eat when I took them, and I got through that okay.
I'm emphasizing full body strength now. I made new pullup handles so that I can do them standing on the floor now. I should take a picture. I'm going to try putting more of my cardio on fitbit and see how that works.
