The day after

When I woke up this morning, I did a "check in" with my body. I was sore but not in pain. I can take this. BUT, I am one of those people who tend to feel the DOMS more after the second day. I am hoping I will be walking tomorrow!

Today I will teach a yoga class and garden. Good exercise!

    I just read a blog talking about DOMS. That was a new term for me. Good to know when you're injured, and when you're OK to go forward. Keep up the good work!

    Please talk with your nutritionist, dietician, or doctor about an L-Glutamine supplement. It takes away that delayed onset muscle soreness (and a number of other signs of stress in the body) with no side effects. Magic!

    Sounds like a good plan for the day....listening to and knowing your body is so important. Have a great day....I envy your teaching yoga. Wanted to try doing yoga, but not sure if I can do it. I'm with you with the walking....love it. emoticon
