June Goals:
My goals for June are simple:
~Set and track goals every week- check in on Wednesdays to report progress emoticon
~catch up to my goal line for the year...or be closer! (not met, although closer!)
~Look for ways to challenge myself and keep intensity high emoticon
~Keep focusing on lower carb/ very limited soda (slacked!)
~1000 minutes of quality cardio emoticon

some of my victories this month:

~I am officially out of "obese" BMI range
~I can run about 1 mile without stopping
~i have lost 20 pounds since the year started
~I have shown myself that I can reach my goals
~I survived two weeks of hormones without a gain!

I have so much to be happy about, I have come a long way...but this month was a huge reminder to me that
EXCUSES do not get results...ONLY EFFORT will...and I did not give 100% effort.

Small efforts throughout the month add up to the big results. I know this but I got lazy this month. I am not at goal weight- I have much further to go. But, I was feeling good and let myself relax and not be as careful as the previous month. I need to remember to get up each day and make the effort. I won't say I did not try at all this month because I really did....just not consistently. I know the pounds can very easily creep back on- so I need to be more careful with my small choices every day so I do not let that happen.

My weight bums me out because I had been under the 160's for a while...but my measurements are proof of my efforts. The scale will move just didn't this morning so I will hold off on all big dance parties until August 1!!

My Goals for July:

1. 155 or less by August 1!!
2. 1000 fitness minutes for the month
3. be further along on push up challenge
4. continue checking each week with progress
5. be ready for "the vacation" with in laws by month end
-I can still make more progress before our reunion!

Happy July!! I plan to make it a good one, one small decision at a time!!~

    AWESOME!!!!! I am so happy for you I know getting that lower BMI is something to just jump for joy for. I am working to get there too.
Like your goals they are good ones and you will make it, I know you will.

    Small consistencies seem to work better for me than grand roller coaster efforts. It's slow going some time, but it's always progress and I feel like the changes are permanent ones.
