I got 5 out of 7 days of workouts in for the week.
I was pretty much in my calorie range for the week with the exception of a couple of days.
I for the most part, got in my 8+ glasses of water everyday.
I feel really good about getting back into a routine with my workouts and hope that I can continue to do this.
I stayed the same weight wise this week (due to bad eating yesterday).
All in all, a good week I think.
