I want to achieve my BLC22 goals. They are reasonable and achievable and I want to do this.
I have been exercising and eating healthy foods, but I am eating too much. I will go all day long eating moderately and healthfully, but then evening comes and I eat too much.
Today I will change that. I got plenty of sleep last night. I will get my exercise in today. I will drink tons of water (that one is a breeze for me). AND today I will stay within my allotted calorie range and FEEL GREAT about it!
I will get back into ALL of my clothing by the end of BLC22!
