My take on getting some sort of activity in daily

I am so proud of myself. Everyday I have been getting up then getting some activity in. Today I worked out to a walking dvd for 15 minutes. Then For 45 minutes I did Wii fit plus. I love that game!! I did rhythm boxing for the first time! Did ok, but got better of course!! I also did hula, and 10 minutes of free step. I didn't do the run this time, (sometimes it hurts my groin). I'm almost ready to step back into my game again. I am have to compete with my daughter now that she is up!! LOL!! I hope everyone has a very good, fit day!!

    Good for you getting your activity in! I love my Wii Fit! I haven't used it in awhile, but it's such a fun way to get some movement in :)
