Waiting on my ankle

I've been doing well in the food department. I haven't gone out for my walk for 3 days because my ankle is swelling. I'm going to try to get to the doctors today or tomorrow to see what the story is. I think it's my Achilles tendon. I had a problem with it last year. It doesn't hurt, but it is swollen. I just don't to walk for exercise until I get the ok from the doctor. I don't want it to get worse. I've been icing it 3 times a day but the swelling is still there. I'm afraid she is going to tell me that I can't walk for exercise for a few weeks. That will totally suck because then I'm not sure what I will do for cardio. I don't belong to a gym, so walking is my thing.

I do have a Pilates reformer with a rebounder, but I'm not sure if the pushing off of jumping is much better.

We'll see what the doc says.

  At least you can do a lot of pilates without the rebounder to exercise. My mom hurt here ankle and stopped exercising totally and several months later she still has not regained all here strength.
