Today marks the first day of the summer 30 Day Challenge and if you are reading this first thing in the morning, it is not too late to join in, just do your weight and measure and let me know you are in.

This morning I weighed and measured....and I am ready to go!
My nutritional commitment is NO WHEAT or other grains other than Brown Rice and Quinoa for now.
Only one cup of coffee a day
For the most part I am sticking to "The Plan" and getting 5 X 15 minutes exercise ( minimum) in a week.
Yesterday I went for a walk, the day before a bike ride with the kids.
I am so excited to lead this challenge and hope that you will send me a landmark photo as soon as you can so that the rest of the participants can see something special where you live. ( Last time we did this it was winter!...or summer in the case of those in the southern hemisphere)
