Hello Spark Peeps!
Just a quick check in this morning...
My goals for the last couple of weeks of June were to work on consistency by exercising 20 minutes a day and drinking 80 oz. of water a day.
How did I do?
I actually forgot to write it down a couple of days, but from what I did log, I got 80 oz. 9 of 16 days. Most of the other days I did journal were at least 64 oz., but since I didn't track, I don't really know.
On the fitness streak front, I did a much better job of writing things down... I did at least 20 minutes of cardio 14 of the 16 days.
I haven't decided on my July goals yet, so I'll think on that this morning, and let you know what I come up with...
In the meantime, I'd be curious to know what you're goals are...
