Well today I was "supposed" to report that I had hit 309. Uh nope. 316. *sigh* Considering the weekend that I had I think that weight is GREAT! But, it is yet another time that I cheated myself out of reaching a goal that I set.
For the month of June I did lose 6 pounds. Another *sigh*. Yes ok 6 pounds is ok...but not what I know I CAN do.
I think that I can now get the t-shirt to the yo-yo dieters club.
Back to work tonight after 3 days off. phhfffftt!
