Well today I was "supposed" to report that I had hit 309. Uh nope. 316. *sigh* Considering the weekend that I had I think that weight is GREAT! But, it is yet another time that I cheated myself out of reaching a goal that I set.

For the month of June I did lose 6 pounds. Another *sigh*. Yes ok 6 pounds is ok...but not what I know I CAN do.

I think that I can now get the t-shirt to the yo-yo dieters club.

Back to work tonight after 3 days off. phhfffftt!

You lost 6. That is way better than gaining 6 which might have been the case if you weren't working on it. Keep pushing forward!

    Hey friend,
Just remember it takes a 3500 calorie deficit to lose one pound... you lost 6, so that means you had a 21,000 calorie deficit over the month... that is AWESOME!!! It also means you averaged a 1.5 lbs loss per week, this is also AWESOME!!!

Give yourself a break! You had some success! Maybe you can do better and maybe you can't - but you did something and that is what counts! Be happy!
