I met all of my goals for June! Here's hoping I can do the same for July!!!!

emoticon1) Do cardio 5 days a week for 45 minutes (22 days total)

emoticon3) Stretch after every workout

emoticon4) Log all strength training and stretching into my Fitness Tracker

emoticon5) Drink at least 12 cups of water per day

emoticon6) Fast 2 days per week for 5:2 Diet (8 days total)
DONE: 8 Days

emoticon7) Stay within my calorie range the other 5 days per week (22 days total)
DONE: 22 Days

emoticon8) Log all food into my Nutrition Tracker

emoticon9) Blog at least 3 times a week (12-13 times total)
DONE: 22 Times

emoticon11) Complete first 3 weeks of C25k
DONE: Completed Week 5, Day 1
