well as my full marathon is 3 months away I am really focused on the race. to ensure my success I am not eating any junk or sweets or deserts till Oct 6. this will be very hard but I think I can do it. I will take it 1 day at a time and 1 week at a time. I want to be in the best shape of my life for this race!!!!
