So – at the beginning of week 2 I’m pretty pleased to find that I’ve lost 1 inch off my waist and another off my hips.
I’ve also lost 4 pounds according to my scales. HOORAH! All the effort was worth it – both mine and Spark’s.
Today I’m following the meal plan for lunch and dinner but had a scrambled egg with chopped pepper and Zucchini mixed in as again the breakfast is sweet and I don’t really eat anything sweet.
I’ve done the cardio and intervals on my stationary bike. Now I’m off for a good walk by the sea in the sunshine wearing - comfortably - the jeans that are my yardstick of progress
(or indeed the opposite sometimes!) I’ll be doing an extra set of the Spark Solution workout later too. The great thing about saying that is that today I know I WILL do it. In fact I’m amazed at how much determination the combination of Spark Solution and Spark Coach is giving me. Certainly was sorely needed!
