Saturday's Current Weight: 131.5 pounds

Today's current weight (in case I gain today because of eating a burger for the holiday):

129.7 pounds no clothes
130.7 pounds thin clothing

So I lost weight finally again. So happy about that. But now it's July, and I said I would try to start to work out. Well today is a holiday.... so maybe I will start um... tomorrow. I hope.

So I made the yogurt on Saturday. That's why I delayed the post. It sat in the fridge yesterday to firm up (or so I thought). I opened it this morning and it was thicker but still a bit runny which is because I used Almond milk. So I'm going to put some more gelatine in it. I didn't taste it yet. I don't want to taste runny yogurt. BTW I used a crockpot not a yogurt maker since I don't have one. This yogurt is going to be eaten in 2 ways: like regular yogurt, and the other half will be going into vegan cheese I am making again. I'll be making meltable cheese this time. I hope it works but first I need firmer yogurt.

It looked like yogurt when I put a spoon into the crockpot, but then it quickly fell apart after a few seconds. I didn't sweeten it yet either. There's nothing in there except Almond milk, yogurt starter, and some tapioca starch & gelatine to thicken. I hope it thickens up by tomorrow or the end of the night tonight so I can taste it and blog about it.
