No more excuses....

I keep making plans to exercise and stretch, then I find some reason not to; "I'm tired" " I can't do thet anymore so why bother...". The excuses stop today. I have 4 months to get my act and body together.... Really need a " kick in the behind" to get my exercising going again. Have to make the stretching more consistent too...
