Hit my 30 pound mark this morning. Went shopping yesterday and fit great into a size 8 (shorts and jeans). Love new clothes so very much. Have found that I my eating habits have changed so now its pretty simple to stick to my calorie limit ... I put ground hamberger (drained and rinsed) with diced tomatoes over vegetables instead of pasta. Its become second nature to do it the healthy way. its a lifetime change for me and its working.
