Last month I had no idea really what to set for a monthly goal, if anything. I was just getting going again, so I just wanted to get going and keep going! I'd say mission accomplished on that front.
Yesterday I burned 900-something calories, which had exceeded my prior weekly goal on day 1. So I feel comfortable with my new weekly goal.
I've gotten myself going, and now I think I'm ready to kick my efforts up a notch! So, a couple numerical goals to add to the basics which I'll stick by: burn 2000 calories per week, and rack up 1000 fitness minutes for the month. There! July's goals all set, earlier than I'm usually up for the day.
