Well it's July and now I need to set up so new goals...
.first I need to make sure I get my water intake....I do well during the week but not on the weekends.
I need to do more strength training
try and get my steps in
journal my food intake
I hope I can do the journaling that's will be he toughest for me!!!

    Thanks for reading my blog. I saw your blog entry about drinking water, and wanted to know if you have tried "Smart Water", and what you think of it? My water intake gets away from me sometimes. On the really hot days, sometimes I do go ahead an treat myself to the Smart Water for the electrolytes. I don't drink it everyday, though. Just enough of a treat and for a quick Rx against dehydration. Good luck with your goal! I am working on the same one!

    Set up a reward for logging your food every day...something that you really would want to have also set some rewards for logging certain amounts every week...say something for doing it at least 25%,50% 75%...that way you will not have a pass or fail mentality. You can do this!...no wait, you WILL do this!

    emoticon I too have trouble logging my food. I find it very useful and it helps me stay on track but I seem to fight it. I'll join you in that goal for July!
