You can eat an elephant - one bite at a time. ~Unknown~

How can you reach your goals? One healthy choice at a time, one workout at a time.

It's an overwhelming task when you think about the big picture, but break it down into smaller goals to reach, along the way to your large goal.

It's so easy to sit back & do nothing, but anyone can do that, right? Let's be different. emoticon



Just keep moving -- keep stepping -- keep trying.



You CAN do this! I CAN do this! Yes, it will take some work. Which path are you going to take? The path to your dream? Or the path of least resistance?



Today's challenge: Eat at least 4 veggie servings & 2 fruit servings. Exercise for at least 20 minutes (break it into two 10-minute segments if you need to). If you have a pedometer or a way to track your steps, shoot for 8000-10000 steps today.

    Yeah ........ So glad I got those things done ......... and have been juicing all day ...... w/ tons of veggies, and good things .......... emoticon ........... it always brings the best feeling when you make those steps daily .............. emoticon

    I will definitely try! Taking my dogs out at least 6 times a day, tackling my street which is a small mountain (not a joke), I bet I get in that many each day! I made it to the top of the street today! Woohoo! Fruit is easy, vegies are harder, but already half way there!

    I'm in. The exercise might be tough... NO! I will exercise for 20 minutes, even if it is modified to account for my leg issues. Same with the steps, they're tough right now but I WILL push through. Thank you for the motivation this morning!!

not sure I'll be able to get in the steps, however . . . .
