How can you reach your goals? One healthy choice at a time, one workout at a time.
It's an overwhelming task when you think about the big picture, but break it down into smaller goals to reach, along the way to your large goal.
It's so easy to sit back & do nothing, but anyone can do that, right? Let's be different.
Just keep moving -- keep stepping -- keep trying.
You CAN do this! I CAN do this! Yes, it will take some work. Which path are you going to take? The path to your dream? Or the path of least resistance?
Today's challenge: Eat at least 4 veggie servings & 2 fruit servings. Exercise for at least 20 minutes (break it into two 10-minute segments if you need to). If you have a pedometer or a way to track your steps, shoot for 8000-10000 steps today.
