Breakfast - French Toast and 1/2 banana (my sister got out of bed to make me a birthday breakfast)
Lunch - 1/2 6" sub from subway, edamame, chips, strawberries
Snack - Iced Cocomo(It's still in the fridge)
Dinner - Calamari and 3 crab puffs
Snack - Ice cream and brownie, Muenster cheese and homemade crackers
Fitness - I woke up early and took the dog for a walk. I also went on an adventure and found a water fall and walked around there.
Breakfast - Grainberry Cereal and Almond Milk, Fruit Shake (I didn't pay attention to how much I put into it)
Lunch - Calamari, chips
Dinner - Pork sandwich, fries, cookie, cherries
Snack - A bit of ice cream, 1/2 brownie, handful of chex mix
Fitness - Nothing
Today was the block party at my church and then people came over so I didn't calculate calories today. I didn't do any particular excercise but I was running around after kids.
