Today I'm going to talk about something fun! Rewards! I think it's important to come up with non-food related motivators to keep things exciting. I have a hard time spending money on myself, so this will be fun for me.
145 pounds: Buy a hula hoop. I've been wanting to learn how to hoop (the crazy tricks and everything!) for a while now. A bonus is that is great exercise! Why 145 pounds? Because I'll officially be in the healthy range!
135 pounds: A new pair of work pants and a new dress. I have plenty of jeans and shirts from when I was smaller, but my work pants have all but vanished! This will get me through until I reach my final goal weight. The dress is because I love dresses! Why 135 pounds? Because I'll be 2-3 sizes down by then. I'll need new clothes!
130 pounds: A pedicure! Everyone loves those, especially in the flip flop capitol of America! Why 130 pounds? Because my weight loss will slow down a lot by this point, and I will need something pretty great to motivate me.
125 pounds: New wardrobe staples. At this point most of my nicer clothes will not fit anymore, except for a handful of old items. It will be a good time for me to revamp my style! I'm looking forward to it! Why 125 pounds? I don't anticipate being able to get below 125, even though I would love to get back to 120. Even so, the clothing sizes are the same for me at both weights.
So there you have it! These are my major motivators for now! :)
