My niece called me on Friday and told me she was happy as she had bought a car. My niece suffers from panic attacks and is not able to leave her apartment alone. She can't go into stores, etc., so her hubby has to do all the shopping, etc. She has to take a taxi wherever she goes, as there is no way she would be able to ride a bus. She had a car several years ago, but she hit a deer on the highway while driving home from Alberta, and her car was totalled. She wasn't hurt, but it really scared her. She wasn't ready to replace her car. Now that she has a car, she says she has freedom. She can go out for a visit or she and her hubby can go for a drive in the country, etc. She has been wanting to come to church with me for some time, but she would have had to take a cab to church and home, and it would have cost her a lot of money. She picked me up this morning and we stopped and picked up coffee and went to church. She has a hard time with crowds, but as long as her dh and I were there, it was okay. She really enjoyed the service. They treated me to lunch after church, and then she drove me to the cemetary so that I could visit my dh's grave. I have been wanting to do that for a long time. There is limited bus service to the area, and I just haven't been able to get there. I was so thankful. She plans to come to church each Sunday as long as she is feeling okay. We had a lovely day. Maybe next time she can come and visit at my place for a while.
God has been so good to me. He is really looking after me.

That is so great! I'm happy for all of you. Your niece being able to get a car and get out and all of you spending time together. Especially nice you could visit your husband's grave. Have a wonderful week and many blessings.
