Wow, this year is already half over. Time to stop the excuses, games and get down to what's important in my life. That is moving forward towards a healthier lifestyle.
The results from my Vector DA were not so good. I am in the high level of disease activity.
In short my RA is highly active & could be doing damage to my body. Despite the pain, I must push myself to exercise. Ten minutes is not so long. I will just do the best I can and try to gradually increase my time. It's important that I begin again to take the first step, and follow through each day. Consistency is the key to success. I feel that Tai Chi and Qi Gong, and yoga are good choices. They will help help to release some of the stress I carry around. Kettle Bells and weights are another option.
Others area's that need my attention are:
1. Aim for 8 hours of sleep
2. Reduce my sugar intake ... Chocolate in particular
3. Learn to meditate to clear my mind
4. Get rid of the negativity ... What you think is what you attract
5. Let go .. Forgive and forget
6. Practice gratitude
I am going to take advantage of the three month trial of Spark Coach. I'm also considering getting the app for my phone.
