I weighed the same as last week! This is a continuation of my blog from around 1:00 AM and I know I need to add something more this week if I want the scale to move. Of course the scale is not everything but it is a useful tool when the weight is moving slowly.
I have had terrible pain in my legs today, which was very frustrating after doing so well the last few months. I am hoping it is not because I started exercising again. I do not want to start taking meds again, ugh!
This will be a busy week at work for me as it is time for quarterly reports and board meetings. I know that will keep me to busy to think about food, which is good.
