My weight is still up, but no further.
I have been working at bringing down my calorie intake. Spark raised my daily range a while back and since then I have been having trouble hitting it. This week I was mostly within a hundred calories of the top of the range, but even with the exercising, I'm thinking that it is too high and I should stay lower. Almost every week I get the message on my fitness page that I should readjust my fitness goals because I'm burning too many calories, but the scale says otherwise. (I am NOT exercising excessively.)
I have my Fitbit linked to my account, but I am having some serious doubts as to how accurate it is in my case. The routine daily activity seems to be too high, while things like mowing my horrendously high grass and really working up a sweat result in about a third of the minutes of actual activity... I'm not sure what to think.
In any case, today is day 180 of my exercise streak of at least 10 minutes of cardio. That's just shy of half a year!! This streaking thing is surprisingly motivating.
I have been getting to bed somewhat earlier, but lately I have been having trouble getting to sleep.
I have been cutting down on the poor snacks at work, but still have a ways to go. This past week when I was really busy all day, I did quite well. For the next month or two I will have plenty to do, so maybe I won't be tempted by the snacks so much.
I think that I will not make any eating goals for this week because of the holiday activities - other than try to eat as well as possible and do portion control. Because of medication I'm taking, I am not supposed to consume alcohol, so that temptation won't be in play.
I will improve my water consumption at work.
I will endeavor to keep my exercise streak alive.
