What's for dinner?

My last go around with MF I didn't experiment much with the MF foods or my L & G. This time I'm going to be a little more adventurous. There are several blogs that have tons of recipes that are OP. Last night I made a chocolate chip shake with the soft bake cookie for my evening snack and it was yummy! Tonight I made Buffalo chicken bites using the parmesan puffs, it was VERY satisfying and I added a ceasar salad to round out the meal. Really nice since the hubby was having wings and I can't tell you how they were calling my name! I felt totally satisfied and didn't feel like I had missed out on a thing. I weigh tomorrow morning and I am excited to see how I've done. I had a terrific weekend and stayed totally OP!! Heres a picture of dinner...

    Yum!! I need to try this, I love buffalo sauce! There is a blog called escape from obesity (yahoo search it) and this lady has lots of great lean and green recipes posted. My fav that she does is the spaghetti squash lasagna.

    Sounds very creative! I need to start experimenting as well. The buffalo bites sound interesting.
