So we went away to the Smokies for a mini-vacation, and while I didn't get ANY exercise in (save for maybe a half hour of swimming) I didn't eat TOO bad, and didn't snack in the car on the way there.
I didn't even attempt to track my food, but I tried to eat a lot of vegetables. I'm not sure that balanced the fried chicken (and yes I ate the skin), but I don't think I gained any weight on the trip. I'm not unhappy with how I ate, and I resisted the impulse to get ice cream and 3 desserts at the buffet, so I consider that a win.
