Saturday I did myself in by having waffles with syrup for breakfast. For some reason if I eat a sweet breakfast I crave sweets all day and that is pretty much how Saturday went. I tried several subterfuges but ended up having another waffles after dinner. Today I did much better. Having just a glass of soy milk for breakfast, I've really had no cravings at all. Of course I've been busy doing yard work all day. That helped keep my mind off of food. In fact I'm low on calories and need to find something to eat before I go to bed. Maybe I'll pop some popcorn.
