So June has come to an end and tomorrow, by God's special grace, I will officially begin my July Challenge. I am itemizing my challenge below:
1. Stop eating by 6pm daily ( plan on making this a lifelong habit).
2. Have 2 days of only Fruits and Veggies, weekly.
3. Lose at least 5lbs
4. Take one day at a time
5. Remain positive and not lose focus irrespective of issue that might crop up.
6. Commit my plans, daily, to the Lord in prayer.
July is my month to Step Out and be whom I should be.
EAT CLEAN, SWEAT DIRTY!!!!!
