I woke up early this morning and decided to get myself back on track with my exercise program.
I went downstairs to my exercise room and walked on the treadmill for 40 minutes.
Then I did 15 crunches with my ab machine.
I know that isn't a lot but it is for me! I haven't done any crunches in a lo-ong time. I have also been struggling with getting in enough cardio exercise. My goal is to raise my HDLs and the doctor says the best way to do that is through cardiovascular exercise.
I have been pretty consistent in getting 10,000 steps a day. I have also been drinking my 8 glasses of water each day. My focus for diet is to get more fruits and veggies and to stay within my levels on my tracker.
My goal for weight loss is to get down at least 1 lb. this week and break my plateau.
